Anne-Marie trained as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the early 1980�s and became Senior Nursing Sister for interventional cardiac services at the Westminster Hospital, Charing Cross Hospital & the Chelsea & Westminster Hospital in 1990. Anne-Marie also holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Health Studies and an MSc degree in Health Care Management.

Anne-Marie studied Nutrition Therapy for 3 years at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London following which she has helped her clients overcome ill health through applying the principles of Optimum Nutrition.

Anne-Marie specialises in Weight Management; PMS; Menopause; PCOS; Anxiety; Stress & Panic Disorder; Parkinsons Disease & other Neurological Conditions; Irritable Bowel Syndrome & Digestive System Problems; Food Allergies & Sensitivities; Lack of Energy & Fatigue; Musculo-Skeletal Problems: Cardiovascular Health / Cholesterol & Management of other Cardiac Risk Factors. Anne-Marie is a member of the British Association for Nutritional Therapy & an Associate Member of the Institute for Optimum Nutrition.
