Monette is a member of the Craniosacral Therapy Association of the UK.
She studied Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology at the College for Cranio-sacral Therapy and attained her diploma in Craniosacral Therapy from the Craniosacral Therapy Educational Trust.

Monette is passionate about complementary health and firmly believes in the importance of these therapies in helping us develop a sound and healthy system - in mind, body and spirit. Monette is also a qualified Reiki healer and is insured as a practitioner of both.
