I am a member of the British Association for Counselling, Psychotherapy MBACP and the UK Council for Psychotherapy UKCP. This means that I am bound by their code of conduct and ethics and assures you that your therapy will be practiced to a highly professional standard. Among other places, I practice at the Well4ever clinic in Putney in South West London.

Are you looking for a confidential place to talk things over freely, a space to explore what is important to you?

Anyone, at any time, can suffer from stress, lack of confidence, loss, depression, difficulties with unemployment, debt and many other issues.

I can help you.

Counselling is a chance to look at issues in a calm, peaceful and confidential space and to explore your difficulties, whatever they might be, in a safe and non-judgmental environment.

I worked for three years with Cruse Bereavement Counselling and now, as well as general counselling, I specialise in all forms of loss: loss of self-esteem, loss of self-worth and loss of self-belief, redundancy, retirement, loss of status and change of situation, indeed, loss of any kind.
